Yoga is a practice of tuning in the mind and body with the breath. This tuning in happens through the practice of the 8 limbs of yoga.
Yamas are our social responsibilities to environment we live in. They are codes of conduct that teach us to practice restraint.
Ahimsa – Non-violence
Satya – Truth
Asteya – Not stealing
Brahmacharya –Not indulging
Aparigraha – Not coveting
Niyamas are personal rules that cultivate us as we move towards dharma.
Shaucha - cleanliness
Santosha - contentment
Tapaha - spiritual austerity

Ishvara pranidhana - devotion
Asanas – Physical postures that help settle the body for meditation.
Pranayama – Prana means life force. Breathing techniques that promote our life force are pranayamas.
Pratyahara – Conscious withdrawal of senses
Dharana – Focused attention
Dhyana – Meditation
Samadhi – Absorption with the Self This is the ultimate state of consciousness. It is a transcending thought. You are only aware of your Self and are connected to your true nature – love, joy, and strength. This is the ultimate goal that we seek to achieve in life.

We recommend bringing a yoga mat, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing. We offer blankets, cork blocks, yoga straps, and bolsters – free for use.
If you don’t have a mat, we have some available for $2 rental.

Classes at $20 (60 minutes)
Full Moon Classes are $30 (90 minutes)
Family classes are $30 for 1 adult & 1 child; $5 for each additional child (45 minutes)

With regular practice, you will notice your body getting stronger and more flexible. You will feel more grounded and feel your posture improve. You will notice improved focus, ability to remain calm in stressful situations and maintain relaxed breathing.

Flexibility is a result of yoga, not a requirement. If you can breathe, you can do yoga. And if you can’t touch your toes? Even better—you’ll notice your progress sooner!
Our beginner-friendly classes are slow, supportive, and full of modifications so you can ease in at your own pace.

Yes! We recommend signing up in advance through our website or the ubindi app to secure your spot. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability. To ensure a great group experience, we require more than one student per class.
If only one person is signed up an hour before, the class will be canceled.
