Free Yoga Fridays are a free community offering to allow everyone the opportunity to explore yoga.

Popular yoga today focuses on complex, Insta-worthy poses. But that’s not all yoga is. There are actually 8 limbs, or parts, of yoga. The poses are just one limb. Yoga is the focus of reconnecting with your breath. Noticing how your breath feels in your body. Noticing your body as you move through poses with your breath. Allowing your mind to let of of what’s happened or what’s to come and just be present. In this moment. In your body. Classes are designed for all levels with modifications offered to build on intensity to help you find what your body need.

This month's Free Yoga Friday will be accepting donations for the Berlin Food Pantry. They are in particular need of mayonnaise, canned fruit, cookies, crackers and boxes of single serving snacks.
