Dear Friends,
October moved us into cozy season. A place of rootedness and connection. As we move into November, we continue the journey from cozy connections to gratitude and wisdom. To alignment with what truly matters. What’s at the heart for each of us.
Heart isn’t just a symbol of love. It’s a place of connection. Belonging. Compassion. Truth. The heart can hold many things at once. Gratitude and grief. Joy and uncertainty. Connection and solitude. Hope and exhaustion. We don’t have to choose which emotion belongs. There is room to hold them all.
This month I invite you to hold what matters to YOU
🧡 What relationships help you feel seen?
🧡What spaces allow you to exhale?
🧡What boundaries protect your peace?
🧡What practices help you reconnect with yourself?
🧡And what are you saying to yourself along the way?
As we move through November, we’ll explore ways to nurture our hearts- mindful movement, breathwork, reflections, rituals, connection, gratitude and self-compassion.
🧡 Yoga Offerings:
Weekly All Levels Classes: Our all levels classes are suitable for beginner to advanced yogi. And we decide the tone of the class based on the energy in the room that day. Some come let us know what you’re feeling so we can adjust the class to your needs! Weekly classes on:
Sunday at 8 with Melissa
Mondays at 7:30 with SueFree Yoga Friday: Friday November 20th. Free community offering. Donations will be accepted (but are not required) for Class of 2027 All Night Graduation Party.
Full Moon Yoga: Beaver Moon on Tuesday November 24th at 7:30
🧡 Wellness Practices to support your overall wellbeing
🧡 Weekly Reflections to allow you space to focus, reflect and adjust.
I hope November reminds your heart that caring for yourself isn’t selfish. Rest is a caring act. Boundaries can be caring acts. Asking for help is a caring act. And simply giving yourself permission to feel exactly what you’re feeling can be a caring act. Your heart doesn’t need endless giving. It simply deserves your attention.
This month, let’s ask what makes me feel connected to myself, to others, to what matters most.
And little by little, make room for more of it.
Be Well,
Melissa
