As we work our way through August, here’s a gentle reminder: joy doesn’t have to be loud or planned. It can live in the way the sun feels on your skin, in a deep breath between meetings, or in a moment of stillness before bed.

Here are 3 simple ways to invite joy this week:

  2. Breathe in Sunshine — Use a bright scent like citrus while you take 5 slow, intentional breaths.
