As we work our way through August, here’s a gentle reminder: joy doesn’t have to be loud or planned. It can live in the way the sun feels on your skin, in a deep breath between meetings, or in a moment of stillness before bed.

Share Something Beautiful — Tell a friend about something small that made you smile today.
