July — Exploration 🌞
Dear Friends,
We’ve spent June expanding and finding ways to feel secure in ourselves. The longer days and warmer air of July naturally encourages us to step outside the familiar. To be curious. To explore.
Summer invites us into exploration. Recently, I was able to adventure to Italy with most of my family. It was magical. We tried new foods, explored new places, open to each day as it came to us. That sense of curiosity even allowed us to see each other in different roles: our kids as our tour guides, as leaders, finding new and common ground with each other, all of us as equals in our wonder with what was before us. When I think of exploration, I’m filled with all the things that trip was: curiosity, wonder, a sense of excitement and adventure.
Exploration doesn’t have to mean traveling far or making big changes. It doesn’t have to be big or dramatic. Sometimes it begins in the smallest ways — trying something new, asking a different question, or approaching yourself with openness instead of judgment.
Growth often begins with exploration.
Throughout July we will gently explore:
🌞 mindful yoga practices that encourage movement and curiosity
Please check out our EVENTS page on our website for Full Moon Yoga, Free Yoga Friday in addition to our regular weekly offerings!
🌞 therapy insights about play, growth, and curiosity
These are quick tips and helpful tools, but not intended to replace therapy.
🌞 simple weekend rituals to reset and reconnect with joy
We’ll be offering breathwork, aromatherapy and other ways to slip into the weekend.
🌞 Sunday reflections to help you notice what you’re discovering
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
Just stay curious.
Be well,
Melissa
